Dialogue Mixing

Getting the best out of the Production Sound tracks. Making sure that you don’t lose the magic of a performance. Those are, to me, the most crucial aspects of Dialogue Mixing.
Fitting in ADR so it’s seamless, and ensuring clarity of dialogue tracks for film and television are an art that I am always striving to get better at.

Mixing for all formats

Be it for the breathtaking immersive Dolby Atmos mix of a movie, or for the simple, gritty mix of a film devoid of music and dialogue, I have the experience to deliver what filmmakers want. I have spent years of honing my craft on IMAX features, documentaries, movies, and TV shows for the major French and international broadcasters. This allows me to find the way to best translate the Directors ideas to the speakers behind the screen.

Sound Supervision

After months or years pushing his or her project uphill, a Director needs to be able to rely on someone who understands what is needed to bring the movie to life with sound. Working with a team of great dialogue, ADR and sound editors as well as incredible sound designers, I am able to channel their creativity so that it is the most effective.

Tools

As an experienced sound post-production professional, I am comfortable with all modern sound editing and mixing solutions. I regularly mix on either AVID ProTools, or Steinberg Nuendo. This allows me a lot of creative freedom and the ability to work on a wider range of projects.
As co-founder of Yellow Cab Studios, I have designed studios that fit the needs of the most demanding projects. I am also always happy to freelance in other facilities, in France or abroad.
